Disable creating HR CASE for external users

When clicking on "Create New Case" Opens a page and shows an option for "Skip verification for external individuals or anonymous employees" Is there a way to disable this as we do not cater to such functionality and would unnecessarily add to the complexity. Also we are currently not using the COE HR Employee Relations Case so we don't want this functionality. 

Another reason is when the case gets created "opened by"is amandtaory field on the form and hence it creates a HR profile for a non-hr users as well.

Yes.

In the HR Administration -> Case Creation Configuration you will find a flag called 'Allow skipping verification', as you see in the image below.

By default is checked.

Simply disable that flag and you don't have any more the 'skip verification' link when you create a new hr case.

about the COE HR Employee Relations Case, if you don't want to use it, you can go the HR Administration -> COE Configuration, and uncheck it.
