I want to disable the feedback creation when worknotes is added for knowledge articles

Hi Priya,
Knowledge feedback can be disabled in the following way.
Go to the knowledge base, and select either the option 'Disable commenting' or 'Disable suggesting'. Disable suggesting will mean that the 'Flag article' button will disappear.

I have tried the methods you provided but it didnt work and still the knowledge feedback gets created

Hi Priya,
Here are a few more suggestions you can try depending on what you are trying to achieve.
1. See the link Enable actionable knowledge feedback.
There are some options to disable actionable feedback, but this seems to apply only to the portal and workspace. Worth a try.
2. Secondly, there are some properties you can try to disable which will prevent comments from being displayed or only display to users with certain roles.
