Hello Team,
User accidentally added the group email address to a team meeting, which triggered an unexpected HR case in ServiceNow.
Could you please help investigate how this is currently configured and ensure that meeting requests do not generate cases in ServiceNow?

@AmbavaramH - Please check whether the group email which is configured to send/forward the email to ServiceNow to create a case.
In such case, Please use the Email Filter feature to ignore creating case from such known notification.
Note: If it's an invite sent to ServiceNow by default we have the filter to ignore the invite.
