Hi,
I am facing an issue that when we trigger the docusign flow from servicenow, its sending the template for signature in DocuSign. After document is signed in docusign envelop status is not getting updated in servicenow.
Can anyone help on this?

Hi Michael, Issue got resolve. The issue was on docusign side, I changed the api setting from rest to legacy.

Can you post a screen shot of the list you have? I found a support link but it says it's 3 yrs old.
EDIT: I came across this and added the bajillion North America options: https://www.docusign.com/trust/security/esignature

These are the IPs from DocuSign's list at least for North America.
