Hi Team,
I have a requirement to implement download to word document functionality for knowledge articles, so that customers can directly download article as word file from the portal. Kindly let me know, if there is way to implement this.

Hi namitha,
After you enable the sn_km_word.glide.knowman.enable_document_download property, the Microsoft Word source document of a knowledge article also might appear in search results as an attachment to the article. Therefore, enabling this property might affect the search relevancy of a knowledge article.
So once you have enabled the property, try to clear the cache on your browser, logout and login back, then try again and while searching for the article look for the correct one.
