Email Template Condition Not Working as Expected

Hello Community!

 

I have created email templates where I selected the Table as Employee Relations and added the condition:
HR Service = 'Report Misconduct'.

However, these email templates are appearing for all Employee Relations cases, even those where the HR Service is not Report Misconduct, in the Workspace email template section.

I need these templates to be displayed only for cases where the HR Service is 'Report Misconduct'.

 

Can anyone guide me on how to resolve this issue?

Condition i given here is HR service is employee travel visa request then only it should populate but for other services in same table it is populating for that hr service as well please find screenshot below
