Emails composing from cases of HR Agent Workspace to test email address are stuck in send/ready type and are not sending even after enabling email properties of outbound email configuration, enabling email sending and adding test email address.

Description
If you click Resend on a sys_email record and if the email was created earlier than two days ago, the email type will be changed to send-ready, but the email will never be resent.
Steps to Reproduce
Click resend on a sent email that is older than two days.
Workaround
This problem has no workaround, is under review and targeted to be fixed in a future release. Subscribe to this Known Error article to receive notifications when more information will be available.

Hi @Yatharth Nakul.
The jobber might have struck that must be the reason your emails are in sent-ready state,
You can find a module called ''Email Diagnostics" > Were you can find all the email sending and receiving props..
go to realated links you can see > email reader job. check on the dates and update it accordingly..
