Employee Center Pro Catalog Item Error

Hello, 

I have worked on an HR onboarding process where I used a record producer to update the user profile. This process worked fine in the previous version of ServiceNow. I recently made an upgrade to the Vancouver version and ran into an error when I initiated any previous record producer I created in the previous versions. I have added the error below. Please let me know if this is something anyone has encountered.

Hi @mlamin 

Looks like a restricted caller access issue for that widget.

Go to Restricted Caller Access and check for any "Requested" or "Invalidated" records. Change it to "Allow".

Each time there is change in any script include or business rule that is impacting the scoped version, you need to give restricted caller access.
