Hi!
Sadly the documentation was a bit too confusing for me. Please assist.
[What I Want to Do]
I want to display a filter under "My Task" and add it.
[What I've Done]
I referenced this video and created and set up the following three:

・ Create a new To-dos Configuration
・ Create a new To-do filter
・ Create a new To-dos Config filter condition
At the end of the video, various types of filters are displayed.
However, even when I do the same, the filters are not displayed.
I couldn't figure out what's missing in my setup.

There is one additional step you need to perform, you need to make the category active by default they are inactive.
https://instance.service-now.com/sn_hr_sp_todo_filter_m2m_category_list.do
just open the category in the list and make it active and you should be good to go

Any other ideas? I am struggling with the same, but I have activated the categories. I also tried creating a new category and deleting browser cache, but no luck.
