Employee Documents automatically becoming Inactive

URGENT!!!!

Hello Everyone, we currently have two instances, Instance A and Instance B.

We are migrating data from Instance A to Instance B. After migrating the data for Employee document(sn_hr_ef_employee_document) tables, we noticed that the Employee documents in Instance B are becoming Inactive = False after the migration whereas they are Active = true in Instance A. Can anyone please help with what could be the reason behind this and how to resolve this issue?
