Employee Form Errors

Hi Team,

 

I'm using employee forms to collect input from the analysts/approvers, in one of the employee forms, we have 2 fields, 1st field of type choice and 2nd of type multi line text. Choice field has two values, Approved/Rejected. When rejected the 2nd field is shown.

We have added a custom field in the lce case table, this gets updated when the action is taken (Approved/rejected) on the above mentioned employee form. 

Everything was working fine but I've recently started getting employee form errors, when checked the Employee form errors module below are the error messages.

"One or more questions were not found on the employee form. Were the questions deleted from the associated survey? (Question= <fieldname>)"

 

The employee form field mapping, the field in table all looks fine, I have the same code in test and it seems to be working fine.

 

Any idea how to troubleshoot this further?

Hi All, We had to raise this with the SN Support and they figured out that the RCAs were not in allowed status, which should be in allowed status

Hi All, We had to raise this with the SN Support and they figured out that the RCAs were not in allowed status, which should be in allowed status
