Error committing update set

I have 3 update sets in an instance. I've moved them all to another, the final, instance.
Now, I've commited the last one. When I checked the form in Agent Workspace I saw only half a form. I think it is because the rest of the form is in the other 2 update sets, which I haven't committed yet.
However, when I run a preview on one of them, I get an error:
Found a local update that is newer than this one
What shall I do?

Check update/commit logs related list in the target instance for the update set

All is well in test, but not in the acceptance instance....

I've solved it by creating a new set in dev, than added a dot to it, removed it, and pushed it through.
