Error While attaching files into ER HR Cases

Dear Team,
Our Employee Relations users are using on ER HR Cases and they are attaching documents into HR Cases, documents are getting attached to HR case but they are getting below error messages.
Unable to identify source of the Read operation on table 'sn_hr_er_case' from scope 'Global'. No Restricted Caller Access privilege records were created. The operation was allowed because target resource RCA policy is set to 'Tracking', but will be blocked with the 'Restricted' policy. Please contact the application
Please help me to debug this, and why this is coming.

Hi @_Samay ,
"Navigate to the Restricted Caller Access records table (sys_restricted_caller_access) using the Application Navigator. Group the records by status, then search for entries in the 'Invalidated' and 'Requested' states where the target is 'Global' and make them allowed.

Hi @abirakundu23 Thanks for your valuable response. I have checked this table and found records as well. But, not able to found correct record where changes needs to be done.
Did not find anything with Target as Global.

Please try to search record with table name and read operation under in the 'Invalidated' and 'Requested' states.
