Evaluate Union Membership in HR Criteria

According to the ServiceNow documentation you can use the Employee Union membership table to set HR Criteria. However, when I try and set the condition it will not let me due to Missing User Column. This table only references the HR profile. How do I set the HR Criteria to the employee union membership table?

Hi @Shane Bjork ,

Have you already setup  Labor Union?

Use Labor Unions to define the details about unions within your company.

You can use labor union data to track employee union membership so you can configure HR conditions and criteria to target content and workflows for these employees.

Defining a union includes:
  • Defining local chapters
  • Identifying union contacts
  • Setting up employee union members so you can track and automate workflows and target content relevant to union representation

Yes, the labor unions are set up and there is linked to an account (if you zoom in on the picture you can see 1 value is returned as a test). However, the User column in the screen shot above is a required field for the HR criteria but does not associate to the name field on the table record. How do I associate the name field on this record for this table to save the HR criteria?
