Exclude Employee relations cases for Subject of Allegations

Hi Team, 

We are working on employee relations cases where in related list - Case Participated we can set Subject of allegations and subject of allegation user should not be able to view that case. 

Do we have anything OOTB to implement like this.

You seem to have customized your employee relation application. OOB the subject of allegation cannot view the ER case.

Hi @amrithaanayak  - Thanks for your response. Can you please help me with steps like how can we test this in OOTB Instance. I have written a query business rule to exclude SOA to view cases.
