HR Benefit Plans list - possible to add attachments?

Hi Everyone,

 

We're using the HR Benefit Plans list (sn_hr_core_benefit_provider), but for some benefits employees would need to download and complete forms (e.g. to agree for salary deductions) - is it possible to add attachments to records in this table, so that employees can click and download?

 

I know we can use knowledge articles to store the attachments and then add links to each benefit record on the sn_hr_core_benefit_provider list, but the aim is to get rid of the articles and keep only the HR Benefit Plan list.
