Generate Letters in HR Service Delivery

We're looking at the Employee Relations module and we are wondering if it is possible to generate letters in ServiceNow.

We currently have offline processes where letters have to be created and sent out to the subject person of a disciplinary or the line manager, and we were wondering if this could be done in the system.

@Matt Lodge Yes, this is possible. In our baseline data for HRSD you can see the Employment Verification example as to how you can generate a letter from an HR Service (for any COE).

you can use OOTB Document templates and generate PDF either based out of fillable PDF or HTML content
