I am not able to get a guided tour to successfully complete on the hrm ticket page. I would like to walk users through the various sections of the ticket page, especially since this is a new page for us.
When creating the tour, I tried starting at the hrm ticket page and it failed. I then tried starting at the ec_pro_dashboard and first couple of steps were to click on My Requests Menu, then on the first request item in the list. I marked this step skippable in the even the user does not have any requests. This fails too.
I wonder if this is an issue because no two users will have the same request and access the same page? Is there a way to achieve this?
