Hi All,
When we try to access the history page from case record, we are getting the below error.
We tried to change RCA privileged status to Allowed. but no luck. the error keeps coming again when we try to access history page from different case records.
Also, we noted RCA has no source, Source table it will show as UI page, though we are accessing Audit history.
I would be grateful if anyone can provide us the solution. Thanks in Advance!

You need to have the correct source, on this case select your UI custom page or the record wont grant access to you custom page. If that dont work for your, check if you tables is accessible from external applications too:

Hi @Namita_Snow ,
For the HR pages you need to navigate to the sys_restricted_caller_access table, and allowed the permision to you ui page.
You need to change the status from Requested to Allowed.

Hi,
We already allowed, but again when we tried to access case form, that will show same error and new RCA record will get created with status as Requested.
