In HRSD HR Case is the parent table and all other tables are extension of this.

I will suggest you to go through now learning HRSD Fundamentals course

HR Administration

Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Fundamentals On Demand

Some explanation below

In ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), HR services are organized using a hierarchical structure: COE (Center of Excellence) > Topic Category > Topic Detail > HR Service, where each level represents a more specific area of HR function.

HR Centers of Excellence (COEs): there are like functional areas within HR, like Talent Management, Rewards, or Workforce Administration, and are extensions of the core HR Case table.

Topic Category: This is the first level of categorization under a COE, providing a grouping of HR services within that functional area. For example, under the Payroll COE, a topic category could be "Payroll Administration".

Topic Detail: This is the second level of categorization, further refining the topic category and providing more specific details about the HR service. Continuing the example, a topic detail under "Payroll Administration" could be "Direct Deposit".

HR Service: This is the lowest level of the hierarchy, representing the specific service or task that HR agents perform for employees. For example, an HR service could be "Update Direct Deposit Information".

Hello @mania

I am going through HRSD and you stuck me at right time ..

below is the list -

1)sn_hr_core_case - all cases

2)sn_hr_core_case_payroll - payroll

3)sn_hr_core_Case_total_Rewards

4)sn_hr_core_case_workforce_admin

5)sn_hr_core_case_operations

6)sn_hr_core_case_talent_management

And make the main one as Parent Case.

Now you can create tasks and give it however you prefer.

Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.
