Good day!

 

Any help with HRSD - managing enhancements and operations and maintenance (O&M) tasks as incidents to a more structured approach.

 

What is a good approach to processes for requesting enhancements and incidents separately.

Hi @Danielle10,

 

That question is a bit broad but I do try to answer with the best of my knowledge. 


We do utilize the ITSM suite and seperate strictly a "Requirement" from an "Incident" by either having Self-Service Requests or for example a Demand. To ensure that we don't mix up "something broken" with "something new".
