You are correct that you cannot edit it directly from the UI page. Below are steps to help you configure.
- Navigate to the HR Case table [sn_hr_core_case]
- From the context menu, choose List Layout.
- Change the View name drop-down to Default (not Default view). If you don't see Default as an option, select New... and create a new view called Default.
- Add the fields you want displayed in the list view from the slushbucket above and save the view.
- Test the view by creating a new case.

Hi Anurag,
As you can see the screen, in that related case information section is available, below that there are multiple column is there like Number,Active, Approval; etc. SO after number i need to add legacy Number Column.So how i can achieve this in HR search page General case.

You can right click on the list header and configure list layout and add the field there in the position you want.
