hide HR case details in the esc

Hi Community,

I’m working on an HRSD offboarding scenario and looking for guidance on the best-practice approach for HR case visibility.

For an offboarding HR service:

• The HR case should be hidden from the subject person when the subject person is an external user
  (i.e. Contingent Worker or Subcontractor) 

then how can i hide the case from the subject person in the esc?
