Hi Community,
I’m working on an HRSD offboarding scenario and looking for guidance on the best-practice approach for HR case visibility.
For an offboarding HR service:
The HR case should be hidden from the subject person when the subject person is an external user
(i.e. Contingent Worker or Subcontractor)
then how can i hide the case from the subject person in the esc?

Hello @ghitabahaj ,
To hide an offboarding HR case from the subject person when the subject person is an external user, configure the HR Service to not show the case to the subject person, and control this behavior using HR Criteria based on worker type (Employee vs Contingent/Subcontractor). This is the supported and best-practice approach for controlling HR case visibility in Employee Service Center.
1.Create HR Criteria: Internal Employees Only
HR Administration > HR Criteria
2.Attach HR Criteria to the Offboarding HR Service
Open the Employee Offboarding HR service and check the checkbox of
Show case to subject person and select the HR criteria that created in HR criteria table .
If my response helped, please mark it as correct 🙏 And accept it as solution👍
