Hi Community,
I’m working on an HRSD offboarding scenario and looking for guidance on the best-practice approach for HR case visibility.
For an offboarding HR service:
The HR case should be hidden from the subject person when the subject person is an external user
(i.e. Contingent Worker or Subcontractor)
then how can i hide the case from the subject person in the esc?

but i think COE policies are for access control, not UI visibility.
so it will not hide the Request from being visible on "My requests" on the ESC.
i've created one but still the request is visible

Hello,
It is better to create two different Offboarding HR Services for Employee and Contingent Worker/Contractor. To restrict the visible of case to Subject Person, one can use 'Show Case to Subject Person' as false on Offboarding Service for Contractor to prevent seeing the cases.
In this way, you don't need to customize any script, but same time can restrict the cases based on role.
Hope this helps.
