How can i add new tab in HRM Todos Summary widget on ESC

Hi All,

I have a requirement where i need to add a new tab "Closed" just like "open" and "Complete" in HRM Todos Summary widget in ESC portal to show Closed incomplete tasks. How can i configure that. 

Please let me know if someone worked on similar requirement.

Hi @Himanshu Raj ,

The completed section already Lists all tasks that have been completed. The most current completed tasks appear at the top of the list and sorted by timestamp.

The status for each open and closed to-do are:

• Approved
• Completed
• Closed
• Canceled
• Skipped

May i know why do you need an additional Tab as "closed", when it's already getting covered in "Completed"

The requirement is to have additional tab as "Closed" to show all the tasks which were closed incomplete. If it is not straight forward and need much widget customization, then at least "completed" to be renamed as "Closed".

Hi @Himanshu Raj ,

There is no feasibilty to add a new tab, however you can add a filter condition such that you can show"closed incomplete" tasks.

Navigate to Employee Center > To-dos Configurations> open "HR Tasks - Completed" record" > Make changes in the Conditions :

I changed the label of "Completed" to "Closed" and added condition in to-dos configuration to show closed incomplete tasks.
