I understand that I can create templates for every single HR service but as most of our services are Low priority, I would like to have cases automatically get Low priority, unless a template is created with a higher priority. I notice that currently when I create a new case, the Priority defaults to Moderate. Does anyone know how I can get that to default to Low?
The issue I have with creating templates for everything is that then we will have 50 different templates when we create a case, which buries actual templates we are trying to use that have value-added information.
Thank you!

Hi Amy,
Wonder if you have looked at changing the default value for Priority field via the properties:
Navigate to form design, click the gear icon for the Priority field and change the default value.
HTH.
