Here are some example screenshots of a Campaign, Campaign Stage/Bundle, Portal Content, Campaign Content.

You will also need to manually run or wait for the scheduled jobs to run that add the users to the campaign, create the content, etc. It is not an instant thing.

Ideally, probably wan to re-evaluate every day for new users to add/remove to the campaign ^

Hi Nivedita,

Your campaign looks correct, but your profile has a birthday in July. The campaign bundle is configured to trigger (i.e., your content show up) 2 days before their birthday and have duration of 5 days. This means for your example profile, the content would have showed up July 26 (2 days before their birthday) and been automatically removed 5 days later. You can test with someone that has a birthday of Aug 8-12 right now.

Without having access to look at everything, it's hard to confirm if you are testing correctly.

1) Verify the campaign start date is before today and no end date

2)Verify the campaign is published

3) Verify "System Administrator" is listed on the campaign on the "Campaign Targets" tab --> If not, check to see that the scheduled jobs are active and running

4) Verify you are testing/impersonating the System Administrator, since that's whose birthday is today

5) Verify whatever content you created to appear on EC (i.e., birthday message) is active

6) Verify the content is set to the correct EC homepage and widget

7) Verify on sn_ca_campaign_item that your birthday content as System Administrator listed (should see a related list for "Targeted Content", where all the users with birthdays that are part of the campaign should appear with the dates it would appear and end)
