How to Auto Assign a "Assigned to" field on HR Case

I would like to auto assign/map the manager field on HR Profile  to the "Assigned to" field on HR Case., whenever new HR Case is created.

 

Right now,  whenver HR Case is created by default it is assigning to HR Onboarding group and gets assigned to any user in that group. How and where do I remove this and add auto assign process as stated above.

Ohh, Yeah just identified that assignment rule and made it inactive.

But still the "assigned to" field is not getting manager field value from HR Profile/User profile, though I have added it in HR template.

 

Can we directly add any script in the HR assignment rule something like

i.e. HR LE Case assigned to = HR Profile Manager

Im just trying with the below condition and script, would you be able to look and rectify it pls.

 

Condition : When HR Service - Employee Onboarding (put in applies to section)
