Hi,
I’m trying to enable the 'Appointment category' drop-down in the ‘Schedule appointment’ widget (widget name 'EE Appointment booking').
Has anyone done this before or knows how to configure this so it becomes visible?
you can see that this is available in ServiceNow demo according to the documentation but I cannot find it enabled OOB.

@miro2 - On the schedule appointment page, click Control+right click on the 'EE Appointment Booking' widget as shown in the screenshot, and then click instance options. Then, on the pop-up window, click the check box 'Show Categories' as shown in the screenshot.

I’ve already completed the previous steps. But how can I find the checkbox for ‘Show Categories’? The document you referred to doesn’t mention anything about it.

btw this change is reflected in the backend if someone clicks 'Open in Platform'
