How to remove Interaction in Create HR Case

I am not able to find where I can remove the interaction when creating HR Case. Please help.

Hi Sandeep, It's still not working, I realized that the property that you mentioned is in different application (Human Resources: Workspace, currently we are configuring for Agent Workspace for HR Case Management. I tried to find similar property but I can't find anything in the new Agent Workspace scope.
