How to restrict comments not get added when knowledge article is attached in hr agent workspace

Hi
when agent attaches a knowledge article in HR case in HR agent workspace, the additional comments also getting updated by the knowledge article name
So this should not occur for us in our requirement
When attach knowledge article is clicked, we want knowledge article to attach to case without additional comments being updated
please help me to resolve this issue

Even though I wasn't asked (why tag people in questions? don't you want others to answer?), there is a BR on the task_rel_kb table setting the info in the journal field.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

but in that business rule there is only work_notes filed is settingup
but in our case additional comments are added, we have to restrict the additional comments being added

This is expected behaviour, when any knowledge get attached that goes to customer/ caller as well.
