HR Agent Configurable Workspace - Email Client Response Templates

Hello,

 

WE have upgraded to Utah and i am seeing below issue with HR agent configurable workspace.

I am Seeing table configuration error when selecting Response Templates on the Email Client record.

Following are the steps to reproduce this issue:

 

- Login to HR Agent configurable workspace and open HR case for which you have response template configured.

- Click on Compose Email button for HR case record and then click on response template sidebar icon.

- You will be presented with below error

Note : This is working in San Diego version. This issue started happening after Utah Upgrade.

 

 

Please provide a fix for this issue.

The best option is to submit a Hi Support issue. The ServiceNow support team is the best resource for this issue.

Hey @Sam121 - I cannot duplicate the issue in Utah.  Does this happen for all HR Services and COE tables?  If you click on the Response Template from the sidebar (before opening the Email client), does a response template show up?

Yes, Response templates shows up for HR cases on HR config workspaces.They just don't show up on Email client response template sidebar.
