Hr agent workspace

I am not able to option to change the application for agent workspace to "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management".
please refer the below screenshot.

Hey @Imran31 - 

Did you recently install the plugin for Agent Workspace for HR Case Management? And then go to the UI Builder right/shortly after the install?

 

I have seen before where logging out of the system and then back in after a certain plugin(s) is installed, such as Agent Workspace for HR Case Management.

 

If you have logged out since posting this question, try and see if the plugin is there now for you to select. Otherwise, you could rebuild/repair the plugin itself, or create a case with SN HI Support, as @mich7 has suggested.

@Imran31 It looks like you are limited on the roles you have. Please verify you have the 

sn_hr_agent_ws.admin & sn_hr_core.admin roles.

@michaelj_sherid I do have both of roles please see the screenshot attached.

Hi @Imran31 I made an assumption that you also have the sn_hr_core.case_writer role. If you have all of the roles I mentioned you should be able to see the Agent Workspace for HR Case Mgmt scope. I recommend submitting a Hi Support Case to have this investigated since in an OOtB installation you should see the scope given the roles you already have. As an FYI, the Agent Workspace for HR Case Management is the Configurable workspace, which is the newer interface.

Hi Imran,

The name of the scope has changed. It's now Human Resources: Workspace (see screenshot).
