HR Configurable agent workspace

Hi All,

I am configuring  HR Configurable agent workspace i need to know where in the ui builder should i make the changes to not display the interaction record list and disable it in the record menu too. I am migrating the workspace from classic workspace to configurable workspace is there a way to migrate the list from my list too.

Hi @kali I am not sure why those links do not work for you. Do you mean you cannot access the links?

Secondly, I do not know what you mean to disable search in configurable workspace. Can you provide the fine details?

Lastly, you can use the tab visibility for the At a Glance tab to hide it based on your use case. Here is an image of the Tab sidebar tab item & At a Glance tab in UI Builder:

1) I tried the answer in the links it is not working

2)I tried the method to disable the at a glance it is also not working

3) I f you see the legacy workspace there is a global search but how can we bring the global search in the configurable workspace.
