Hi team,
We have two requirements,
1. Where we have to create a HR document template at HR task level so that it can pick the dynamic data from the HR task table and a dynamic document can get presented to the assignee so that they can preview the document where in the document data gets displayed from fields of the case/HR task for e.g. subject person, opened for.
2. Post that they will e-sign the document and the signature will get embedded in the document when it gets created after the completion of the HR Task. I know this is feasible at HR Case level, however our requirement is to set this up at HR Task level. Is this feasible within existing service now capabilities?
Any help or guidance will be really appreciated.
Thanks
Subhadip

Hi @Subhadip Bagchi ,
On your lifecycle event activity, you would need to have it as an HR Service instead of HR Task. The HR Service would have it's template updated with the appropriate "PDF Template" value. The HR Tasks are limited to the task types, where you could add templates that require a signature if you wanted to go that route.

Hello @Community Alums ,
So what you mean to say is, Signature has to be done by the employee in the HR case level and then the subject for person can sign in the HR task level, Right?
Is there any way to bypass the signature at HR case level and do it in HR task directly?
