IN HR module, for Contingent workers to get front end access for HR portal so that to create a case, do we need to give sn_hr_sp.hrsp_contingent ?
While trying to activate this role in my instance, it gives a Info Message as

"Rule change is submitted for processing", not sure if it has been activated or not

I am completely new to HR module, Can somebody help me understand ?

sn_hr_sp.hrsp_contingent role is mainly responsible to have access to the portal. The sn_hr_sp.hrsp_contingent role is assigned automatically by the system based on the HR Profile. In this case, it provides access to the Employee Center. More about that on Docs: Client Roles and sn_hr_sp.hrsp_contingent contains sn_hr_core.hrsm_contingent. SN docs say it is not recommended to modify.
