HR Service Revamp Reports and Queries Impact

Hi ServiceNow Community!

 

We’re getting ready to revamp our HR services configuration, which will include updating, adding and deactivating Topic categories, Topic details and HR services. We will not create or deactivate COEs.

 

Our previous experience taught that when disabling a COE, the historical cases assigned to them are no longer visible in reports and queries (except for sn_hr_core.admin role).

Question: will our historical cases that were assigned to inactive HR services still be accessible in reports and queries?
