HR Task assign to manager if future manger is empty

Hi Team,

HR task needs to assign a manager if the future manger is empty. 

If the future manger is not empty HR task needs to assign a future manger

How to achieve it

Have you written any code for this manger assignment, please share that one.

If both the field on same form  then what's the issue to apply a condition else describe the manager/future manager details.
