HRSD COE Question/HR Service

Good day! 

 

What is the best HRSD COE to use when users want to request ongoing things such as enhancements/changes/defects?

  • Should I create a new HR Service for this?
  • Maybe we can use the HRIT Operations COE?

Which COE should be used for this?

 

Any helpers?!

We have utilized the HRIT Operations COE for similar purposes:

  1. We have used it to log issues with data in the HR profile of a user.
  2. When HR integrations are not working or if there is an issue with any other HR system at the client, such as Workday or PeopleSoft, we provide a simple dropdown on a service.
  3. If there has to be an enhancement to any of the services or if there is a defect with an existing one.

We personally have never recommended the use of the core COE (sn_hr_core_case) table for the purposes you have mentioned above.

You don't need to create a New HR Service !!

You can use  HRIT Operations COE itself.
