HRSD Customer Satisfaction Surveys

All - we're developing a plan to roll out case management (HRSD) CSAT surveys. Would appreciate advice from anyone who have implemented surveys regarding the number and types of questions that proved most valuable for actionable feedback. They would be primarily for our HR Service Center. Thanks.

When you want to send? what is the importance of this survey? To whom are you targetting to send?

Hi Derek

There is a OOTB satisfaction survey you can use.  We recommend our client to use OOTB survey as possible.

We have found the fewer the questions, the more likely they will be completed (3 is a happy spot).  Then having the answer choices very quick and intuitive to select, like using faces - going from big grin to angry/sad face.  

I always recommend not enabling surveys if actions are not going to be taken on them.  Ensure someone(s) is going to commit to review the feedback, prioritizing enhancements, communicating service issues internally, and even sending regular "We heard you" type of comms to your users.  Those can be personal, directly to each person that responded, or in a mass quarterly update, etc.
