What is designed to display in My Tasks/HR Tasks and My Requests/HR Requests? When I click into them, they appear to display the same items, respectively. Is this also the case for non-HR users, or is the experience different?
I’ve included a screenshot from the test environment for reference.

In the ServiceNow Employee Center, My Tasks and My Requests act as global repositories, while HR Tasks and HR Requests serve as specialized, department-specific sub-filters.
1. My Tasks / HR Tasks
These are actionable records assigned to you.
Includes:
- HR Tasks (e.g.,
sn_hr_core_task) - Catalog Tasks (
sc_task) - Case tasks or workflow tasks
If the test user currently has only pending HR actions assigned, My Tasks and HR Tasks will mirror each other perfectly.
- My Tasks → Shows all tasks assigned to you
- HR Tasks → Filters only tasks originating from Human Resources (specifically from the
sn_hr_core_tasktable)
