Hey HRSD Community!
We've wanted to look into metrics. I noticed HRSD has one OOTB metric definition 'Assignment Group Duration for HR Case'. However, it's not set to timeline. Additionally, when I do I check off Timeline and click Metrics Timeline within a case the below error message appears. Has anyone else run into this issue and found a resolution? Appreciate any insight!
