Unable to find option for Transfer case functionality in Predictive Intelligence Flow

We are leveraging our Predictive Intelligence model to accurately predict the HR Service and Request Type values during HR case submission. By doing so, we can ensure that even if a requestor enters incorrect values, our system will automatically update them. This will effectively route the case to the appropriate team, ensuring efficient handling.


Regarding the transfer process, we are utilizing a transfer logic where the case number remains unchanged. We are utilizing Re-classify model (Transfer with existing case number) of the Transfer case functionality.

The issue is - we can't be able to find out a suitable Action for transferring the case with new HR service and request types, but with same case number. Is there a capability that will allow us to transfer the case based on the prediction conditions?
