Hi all,
Maybe a silly question but is it possible to use a phased implementation approach in HRSD with Case and Knowledge Management and Employee Center Pro?
For example, you introduce Case and Knowledge Management (for internal HR Agents) and then Employee Center Pro afterwards (for employees, etc.).
I don't know if that is possible, but would love to hear from people's HRSD implementation experience.

Hi @Justin W ,
That's the correct approach for many of the organizations who wants to go in phased implementation Approach!!
First you implement HRSD with Case and Knowledge Management for your internal HR agents such that they get accustomed with the system and gain confidence. Then you can opt for Employee center Pro configurations.

Hi @Justin W ,
You can Implement and Go-live with the products you want as per Organizational decision.
However, make sure that the communication for the Employees would go about using Employee center Pro after you Deploy it.
For Internal HR agents you can start using case management and knowledge piece after deployment.

Hello @Mark Roethof - Sorry maybe I didn't differentiate between implementation and deployment?
So for example would a company ever have this scenario:
1.) Implement and launch (go-live) HR Case Managment (just for HR Agents) for maybe 6 months
THEN
2.) Implement and launch (go-live) ECP for the larger employee community?
Sorry for the confusion! I understand that the implementation would happen in phases, but I think I was curious more so about whether everything (HR Case, ECP, etc.) would go-live at the same time.
