Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementer - ServiceNow University

 

This is an ondemand free course that covers from basic to advanced concepts in HRSD. It's well paced and suitable for self-learning.

🔹 1. Understand ServiceNow Fundamentals

Before diving into HRSD, get comfortable with the ServiceNow platform.

Learn:

  • Navigating the UI

  • Tables, Forms, Lists
