I'm unable to create journey

cannot create the journey from the list view, I'm also not getting option of build journey in journey designer and from the portal also I can't.

If i impersonate with manager then following is the view but still unable to create the journey

have added the required roles jny_admin, reader and writer too and also completed other journey configurations, lifecycle events and journey accelerator. Have created the user who is the manager as manager in user's record too.
I have also installed the required plugins which is journey designer and accelerator and other hrsd plugins
how can I create a journey?

Hi @Jainam Pattani ,

Navigate to Journey Designer> Journeys> Manage Journey Configuration 

There You have option to create new Journey and all roles seems fine.

table name: sn_jny_journey_config.LIST

Thanks Karthik for the response,
actually from the sn_jny_journey_config.LIST table we will be able to create new journey configuration not a new journey.
now i am able to create a new journey from a record producer but want to create it without submitting the record producer
