I need to change assignment group for HR service.

Hi, 

I have to auto assign HR case to 'abc' Assignment group. 

HR Service = 'Time Off/Vacation Inquiry'. Case Type = 'Military Leave' 

Can anyone please help me to set assignment group for this combination.

I have one additional use case 

HR case should be automatically directed to 'abc' Assignment Group.

HR Service = Onboarding
Inquiry Type = Leader Task Delegation

You can do this by creating Assignment Rules for the scenarios you described. From the Filter Navigator, go to HR Administration > HR Assignment Rules and Create New. Name it and fill in the Applies To and Assign To tabs.
