In the Hr case attachment is not saved

Hi Sir,

 

The Attachment is not attached to the target table while receiving the emails .

The Attachment is showing in the email log but it is not attached to the target table.

Can you tell me if any properties I need to modify or how to check the email logs via it is coming from the flow designer or inbound action?

@chandan31 can you please elaborate your issue. Are you using flow designer to attach the attachments? where do you want the attachment to be attached to ?

are you using OOB inbound action on HR case or some inbound flow for this?

Is this happening for all HR cases or particular HR COE table?
