Inactivate the default Landing Page in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management

Hi 

I want to Inactive the Default Landing Page in the Agent Workspace for HR Case Management.

I tried to inactive but it is not allowing to save the changes showing "Unsaved changes".  Attached the Screen shot

are you in correct scope?

Why you want to inactivate the OOTB landing page?

You can create your own landing page and add correct audience so that your users always see the new landing page. ensure the order for your landing page is lower than the OOTB one.

I have created our own landing page and audience were also add. The issue is if the user is not part of audience then OOT (default landing page) is visible to them. 

In this case  default landing page should not be visible to him.

not possible.

if your audience doesn't match it will try to match other audience and whichever audience it matches the corresponding landing page will be seen.

Please discuss with your customer for that persona which landing page should be visible and according enhance.

Hi @Shanmuga priya6 ,

You can’t deactivate the OOTB Landing page default because it’s read-only protection policy and acts as a fallback for all users without an audience.

Solution:

Duplicate the default landing page, make it blank or minimal, leave the audience empty, set its Order equal or lower than the default, and activate it.

This custom blank page will replace the OOTB one for users not in any audience, so they won’t see the default content.
